Lasertec uses a proprietary metal which delivers the performance characteristics for durability. It has to return to the same position after each print just like a spring. Stainless steel definitely doesn’t do this, try bending a spoon !We have Dek and MPM in stock but will make to and dimension or machine specification. Two types of edge are available, round and stepped.

SMT Consumables
Lasertec carries some SMT consumables to compliment its offerings. Notably solder paste from Shenmao, stencil cleaning technologies from Petroferm and BLU wipes, BLU solder masking high temperature dots and tape. BLU SMT splicing kits for high volume SMT lines.
BLU provides cleaning wipes, slicing tapes and high temperature polyimide tapes, dispense mask and SMT related consumables.
